Philadelphia Flyers Elite youth hockey players wear and represent the Flyers' iconic brand, carrying on our organizational tradition of excellence. They have built a proven model that provides the aspiring player with a development path leading from youth hockey to junior hockey to NCAA and professional hockey. The Flyers reinforce the importance of academic achievement throughout this process, along with the importance of strong moral character and good citizenship.  And, through this journey, the culture ensures that our players and families learn many valuable life lessons that will carry on and benefit them throughout their entire lifetime.
