All teams and participants are required to book their hotel accommodations through the tournament's official housing provider. This ensures we can secure a large enough block of rooms to accommodate all teams and their families for the duration of the tournament.
As is standard practice in the sports tournament industry, our organization receives a commission or "rebate" from the hotels for all rooms booked through our designated provider. This arrangement is crucial for our ability to cover operational costs, and by booking through our system, you help support the tournament directly.
Rules and Policies
- A condition of being accepted into a Tier 1 Hockey Federation event is that ALL teams outside of the 80-mile radius must book rooms through the designated event block. No other rates (including corporate/ AAA/government rates), discounts, or hotel reward points regardless of how acquired, will be allowed. No exceptions.
- The team block must be reserved six (6) weeks prior to the start of the event. Individual player/family rooms must be booked by six (6) weeks before the event. Failure to follow proper procedure will result in removal from the event and forfeiture of event fees.
- Each event will have its own link for creating a group block. There should be a hotel link that will give you all housing information including the website to create a block of rooms!
