About the TGHF

The Tier 1 Girls Hockey Federation (TGHF) is an elite girls youth hockey league dedicated to providing a competitive, development-focused platform for top programs across the United States. Operated by the nationally recognized Tier 1 Hockey Federation (THF), the TGHF offers structured league play, high-quality competition, and a clear pathway to higher levels of the game.

The TGHF is built on a foundation of collaboration with long-established girls hockey organizations and is committed to fostering the growth of female athletes both on and off the ice. With professionally managed scheduling, playoff opportunities, and strong ties to the broader youth hockey landscape and aims to elevate the standard for girls Tier 1 hockey.
